What I learn from 'seasoned saints'

"Let us not become weary in doing good..." -Galatians 6:9

Why do we so easily become weary of doing good? Our selfish desires take over, we don't see immediate results, we don't get direct benefits, it seems as though our efforts are fruitless? Don't become weary in doing good in praying for your unsaved cousin, in being kind to that rude classmate, in encouraging a fellow believer, in being a listening ear to a troubled sister in Christ. Do not become weary, because that's what the Devil wants you to do- to be complacent and apathetic. Christ asks for vibrance and endurance. What good will you do this week?

Intentional living. We all need it.
