Worship (Day 15): When it's hard to remember

If you're reading my 31-day series on Worship for the first time, consider clicking over here to my Day 1 post to see the introduction and to find the rest of the posts in the series!

We know that Jesus is in everything...

So why isn't He in our everything?

When it's hard to remember to worship, even amidst fear and awe and gratitude and longing, make yourself remember. There's a reason the Bible encourages us to write God's truth on our doorposts... it's because He knows that in the hustle and bustle of the everyday, we will forget.

Write it on your doorposts. Your mirrors. Your dashboard. Your cell phone. Your painted nails. Your forehead, if you must.

Because sometimes, even when He gives us His creation and mercy and satisfaction and beauty, we still need a way to remember.
