Unpredictable.

I want to be a teacher. But not only that, I want to be a gardener, mother, writer, photographer, missionary, seamstress, counselor, public relations specialist, actress, social worker, hospitality manager, and musician. It's a good thing that I love my major, because I would be one of those people that changes their major 7 times before graduating from college. Not that I am competent in any of those areas (although you'd think that working 6 years at a quilt shop would give me some credit towards the seamstress department), but I just want to do it. I found out tonight that I love to learn- and it kinda freaked me out. I realized I like to learn, think, and apply. Wouldn't it be cool to be each of those things on my list during at least one point in your life?
I've lived a pretty predictable life. What if I surprised the world, dropped out of WKU, and became a rockstar? I'm thinking that, at this point, it might be a good idea. I feel like mid-November-ish is about the time I begin reconsidering my decision to be a studious college student.

Did I mention I'm running off of 3 hours of sleep?

  1. changing your major 7 times is NOT a bad thing...lol. i love your thinking em. if you decide to drop out and be a rock star don't forget to call me and take me with you.
but although school is sooo overwhelming and sometimes seems impossible, i love how God is faithful through it all and somehow we always seem to finish the semester with our sanity.
but either way i can't wait for you to get back home for break and we get to have some quality em and jordi time. i love you and i'm so proud of who you are! you're amazing emily harrod and i'm soooo thankful to call you my best friend! ;)
